How to: Backup all your Facebook data. PIM Coach tip.

If you are a regular reader of my blog, and follow my advice as “The Personal Information Management Coach”, the PIM Coach, then this is a very valuable tip I received from the BusinessInsider.com newsletter.

Download all of your Facebook information in a few clicks.

1. Head to account settings.
2. From the bottom of the account settings page you’ll see a link that says ‘Download A Copy Of Your Facebook Data.’ Click it.
3. Wait for an email from Facebook, and they will send you a link where you can download your data.

1.) Follow this tips process and copy and backup all of your Facebook information. Just in case something happens to your account.
2.) Perform this task for any Facebook business pages you also have.
3.) Once this information is downloaded, make sure you incorporate it in your normal backup disaster plan. (You have been following my advice and have a backup disaster plan, right?)
4.) Just do it!!
